The Long Shlong Basic (Quite Basic Stretching Exercise)
Go through the warm-up process as usually. Make sure your penis is flaccid - these exercises are really hard to perform when the penis is erect. Grasp the head of your penis firmly with one hand and stretch out directly in front of you for about 15 seconds. You should feel the stretch at the base of the penis. Repeat this exercise 4 or 5 times. After the last rep is over, relax your penis by gently massaging its head to restore normal blood circulation.
Again, take your penis in your hand firmly and pull it to the right. Hold for another 15 seconds. You should feel the stretching on the left side of your penis. Repeat this exercise 4 or 5 times. After the last rep, massage your penis head to restore circulation.
Repeat the very same procedure but this time to the left. You should feel the stretch on the right side of the penis. Again, finish with a massage to the penis head.
If you are uncircumcised pull the foreskin back so you would stretch your penis and not your skin.
