How Does Jes Extender Work?

How do I use Jes Extender?

First, you need to fasten the basal ring around the root of your penis, leaving the two metal bars on each side of the penis and parallel to it. The head of the penis should rest in the bowl-shaped support. Then, pass the two ends of the silicone tube through the respective holes in the plastic support in order to make a loop and introduce the penis head through it. Press the plastic support towards the body till the two springs press home and then fasten the penis (this is done by pulling the two ends of the silicone tube on the reverse side of the plastic support).
