How to Use a Penis Extender – Instructions

Please note that the following instructions are not suitable for every penis extender model on the market. This is intended to be just a general guide of how to use a typical penis extender. When you buy your penis enlargement device read carefully the instructions about how to use it.

1. First, adjust the length of the metal bars. They should be roughly the same length as the length of your penis or a little longer than that.
2. Place the base plastic ring around the base of your penis. The two metal bars should run parallel with your penis, one on each side.
3. Pass the two ends of the silicone band through the holes in the plastic support in order to make a loop.
4. Introduce the penis head through that loop (the loop should be right below the glans of your penis) and fasten the silicon band by pulling its two ends on the reverse side of the plastic support. In uncircumcised men the silicone band is fitted with the foreskin in place.
5. Usually you can adjust the traction force by turning the appropriate adjusting screws.
6. Generally, you can hold your penis while wearing the extender device at almost any position except sideways.
7. Choose loose-fitting trousers to wear so that your penis extender device would not be noticed.

Once again, always read the penis extender instructions (or watch the instructional video respectively) before you put it on for the first time, in order to be sure that you are using your traction device properly.
